Leap Competition Call Time, Performance Time & a Picnic

Leap is almost here, and the performance times are below. Because Leap has consistently run early, please check with your teacher regarding call times.

This year, like last year, we are going to have a Valentine Picnic at 1 pm in the small park area by the facility, Cordova High Performing Arts Center (2239 Chase Drive) in Rancho Cordova, CA (link to Leap website).

Please, bring your own lunch and a treat to share. It's a fun way to get to know the families who are in competition this year!

For those families who are driving on Sunday, please be aware that Ms. Diane will have a run-through of "Masquerade" and Performing Group's "Shuffle the Deck" at 2:30.

There is a more detailed set of schedules posted in the lobby area by the front door. Wishing everyone a safe drive and a great competition!

Leap Competition Fees Due - 12/11

 

Leap fees are due by December 11th! The competition is scheduled for February 9th - 11th and although, the website labels it "Sacramento, CA", the location is actually Cordova High Performing Arts Center, 2239 Chase Dr., Rancho Cordova, CA.  There is a map located on their website, here. There are, also, group room rates available at the Courtyard Rancho Cordova (click on the link above for more information on hotel rates).

Running order for NDA numbers (including Performing Group) will be available approximately a week in advance.

Leap Dance Competition

Our times for Leap Dance Competition are highlighted below. They are also posted in the front waiting room at NDA.

Please be sure to be there 1.5 hours before the dance start time. This competition tends to run very early!

Performing Group has a call time of 2 hours before their start time. As you know from previous years, the number (and sometimes surrounding numbers will be penalized if we run late).

All Leap fees are due THIS Friday, December 18th! Thank you! 

Solo: $98
Duo/Trio: $112 /split between dancers
Small Group: $40 /dancer (Birthday, Spanish)
Performing Group: $45 /dancer

Group with Props: $42/dancer (Dream/Arabian/Chinese)
