Parent Signature Needed on Headliners' Waiver Form

The waiver form must be signed in order for all of our dancers to compete at Headliners (Sacramento) next month. The form is posted on the bulletin board next to the weekly schedule's white board. All of the dancers names are listed, so you just have to read the liability waiver and sign next to your dancer's name.
