Ballet Stretch and Conditioning Exercises




Hello NDA Family!

So here we are a month into the hibernation.  I hope you have taken advantage of the videos that we have posted on YouTube.  Its not the same as being in class, but hopefully they will motivate you to keep in shape for your return to dance.

Please check out the stretch and conditioning class demonstrated by Miss Petra.  It will
keep you fit!



Miss Petra also shows us some exercises designed specifically to keep our ballet bodies
in shape.



Do the best you can without risking injury to yourself or the furniture.
